CASTLE STEWARD

We are looking for a part-time steward at the Castle for the season April to September 2023 to join our team of four stewards. Each steward works around 25 days in total for the season.
The Castle is open daily in the first two weeks of April and during the months of July and August, and at weekends and public holidays. Daily times of the Castle are 11.00am until 4.00pm. Stewards work an extra 15 minutes at each end to undertake opening and closing procedures. The steward works in conjunction with a volunteer.
A fixed term contract is available for the above period for between 5 and 15 hours per week, including weekends. Pay in 2022 was £10.40 per hour and an uplift in line with the national wage will be put in place for 2023.
